M6A2: what kind of ammo do you use at the range?

Just curious as to what factory ammo you guys like to use at the range

I have a 16" M6A2 and I've heard from many sources that my rifle "should" shoot more accurate with a heavier bullet. I mostly shoot 55gr m193 and 62gr m855. I shoot much better with the 55gr (1-2 inch groups @ 100yd). No matter what brand I use or if it's xm193 or m193 (I don't know if that matters), I shoot MUCH better groups with 55gr 556. I also shot 62gr 223 fiocchi and those shot just like the m855 (1-5 inch groups). My shot groups vary so much with 62gr ammo.

I tried 75gr 223 match hornady and those shot well in my rifle (1 MOA)

I plan to reload later, but for now I just have factory ammo.

I tried the 55gr with this, my S&W M&P15, and my HK, and with 1 in 7" or 1 in 8" twist, was never able to get a decent group, even at 50 yards. When I went to the 62 gr green tips, I was getting much better groups.

Of course now, with the scarcity and cost of ammunition now, I'm having to begin to develop loads.
