I had the same thing happen to me today shooting my 16" R.E.P.R. suppressed with a YHM Phantom LT. I had stovepipes, dented mouths and FTF/FTE. Set on the single suppressed setting as well. I guess I'll be calling LWRCI tomorrow, too! Thanks for the thread.

I have the same issue with my 16" REPR w/ 2-position piston, using a SAKER 7.62. The problem occurs with different ammo across different weights.

Question. When you sent your REPR back for repair, did you also send your supressor (SDN-6)?

Wondering if I have to fillout NFA paperwork to have my can sent along with my REPR to CS.

Just trying to determine the level of pain and timeframe.

Looks like the same issue. Yes I did send in my can, they just said to send in a copy of my stamp with it and all was well. It was quick and painless.
