Best group average

I asked the company what type of ammo testing they do. Personally I am betting on mean radius not extreme spread. Most ammo would pass 1/2 Moa mean radius. I'll post what I find out.

Anyone else have updates on this? I got about 3 MOA with FGMM 168 and then 1-1.5 MOA with Georgia Arms 168 Ultra Match this weekend. I alternated ammo and got the same results a couple times. 20" Repr with AAC SDN-6 Suppressor.

I plan to try a box of FGMM 175 as soon as possible.

I just took my 20" REPR out today and brought FGMM 308 with 168 SMK and FGMM 7.62 with 175 SMK. My REPR liked the 168's alot better with two five shot groups just over an inch. The 175's shot about 2.5 to 3 inch groups. But my REPR is still new (even though Ive had it for over a year, took a while to save up for a US Optics 3.2 - 17.) and only has about 250 rounds down the pipe so I'm hoping those groups with 175's start to tighten up. I am by no means blaming the rifle as I do not claim to be a marksman just giving a range report from today.

Not too bad, I'm not a great shot but damn this rifle is picky. I think I'm at about 250 rounds as well. Should also clarify, mine were 5 shot groups at 100 yards as well.

I also want to get my hands on some FGMM 308 with 175 SMK's and try that. i know there are some differences between 308 and 7.62. The FGMM 7.62 brass isn't polished after it is annealed and I believe it is thinner than the 308 but I could be mistaken. I wouldnt worry about it too much. I'm also trying to find a cartridge that my browning xbolt long range hunter in 300 win mag likes. Hornady 180 grain SST shot a consistent 1/2 inch group while HSM 185 Berger VLD shot three inches. You just have to find a load that your rifle likes.

This past Friday I put down my best group at .5 with FGMM 168's. My gun shoots ppu 168s 90 percent of the time because cabelas has them for 15 dollars a box and I can get repeated 1.25 groups out of it. Pretty awesome in my opinion to get a manufacture round for under a dollar a shot to shoot right around moa.

They are calling for 65 degrees F tomorrow and I am planning on doing some grouping with a few of my rifles at 100-yards and 400-meters. I'll post my results.

Well boys and girls, here is my latest... I had all of my 7 groups shoot sub MOA easily but with the bolt closed. the reloading secret that I finally found is a slow velocity, 2340 feet per second, with 175 gn. SMKs.

I'm interested to hear thoughts/ experiences for those switching from REPR MKI to REPR MKII's. I suspect more will buy into the new platform when we release the side charging handle version but the new MKII is showing very consistent results.
