Shopping on the LWRC web site DISCOVERED YOUR NEW WEBSITE

Postby G I Joe » Fri Dec 11, 2015 3:45 pm

First off want you to know we are a big fan of your piston AR and "wave your flag" constantly.
Having said that, as an American company y'all lack in the folowing areas and really need to step into the 21st century of retailing.
1. Your webstore sucks. We get on your web site and CANNOT navigate to an area which has ALL your products offered other than firearms. Trying to find replacement maintenance parts and accessories is so frustrating most folks will give up and shop elsewhere.
2. When you have a sale hire enough people to ship their purchases in a timely fashion. Having purchased products on Black Friday it was especially frustrating to not have our purchase shipped until after making 2 phone calls. We ordered on 11/29 and it was shipped 12/8...10 calendar days. We paid for FedEx express shipping and that charge was graciously deleted from our bill. While we appreciate The customer service intention our package was shipped ground and will take at least five days for us to receive. In retrospect I would rather have paid the $21 in shipping fees and received my package via express shipping rather than wait this extra time. Your Web store personnel told us we would receive our package on Friday however due to the day of actual pick up by FedEx we will not receive our package until Monday. We were told that y'all received over 2000 black Friday web store orders. It is our understanding that when you have sales, You experience a large consumer response. Perhaps in the wake of these sales all of your company should ban together and get these orders shipped if you are not going to hire temporary help.
When comparing LWRC Internet purchases against companies like Magpul, Geisselle and Thordsen y'all are so far behind the curve it hurts.
I'm not writing so much to complain...more my intent is for you folks to seriously consider some changes to your business model. Your webstore/internet experience needs significant changes and an overhaul and your customer service needs to think TWICE before taking a course of action.
Thanks for your time.

By the way, it was not my intent to publish the above on an open forum...

I tried using your "contact page"...apparently it has bugs, because my private message was not deliverable due to a full page of error codes...makes me wonder how many other consumers trying to contact you...can't

I could not find a listed email address to send my concerns through privately...
It makes me wonder if this avenue will result in the right people seeing my message.

Since the rifle just got released 2 weeks ago there are only a few places to find info on it. HERE: viewtopic.php?f=4&t=16450 And here:

As far as parts and uppers go, I am sure it will be a while before they set it up on the webstore. Their time will probably be spent on shipping complete rifles to fulfill orders. Although the DI BCG is for sale there. When searching the webstore I have always clicked on "products" then almost everything is under "IC" or M6 Legacy" unless you are looking for 68 or REPR stuff which is under their respective columns.

Lol
You obviously didn't see my post in the LWRC angled foregrip thread or you would have seen I posted the same image before you did...

I am aware of the DI published info and YouTube video about the DI AR

This thread is simply a statement / my opinion about the shopping experience on LWRC's web store compared to other "inter web" weapon related businesses...
FWIW...I am / have been a very happy LWRC owner
I love my M6 SPR MOD 0
But thanks for your interest

I've found it difficult to find items on the webstore too in the past.
